About Coach

I've been training for 10 years. I started while in the military going to school full time and graduating with my personal training certificate.Clarence is a military veteran who served in the United States Air Force. During his time with the Air Force Clarence learned many skills, however mental toughness stood out the most. Clarence personally benefited from mental toughness not only during his time in the military but also in his personal life. It was through his personal life experiences that he realized how beneficial this skill would be not only for military personnel but for people of all walks of life. Once he began to pursue his passion of fitness, he made it a point to not only to focus on helping people achieve their “Physical Fitness” goals but to also empower them with life skills that can aide in bulldozing through mental barriers. His holistic approach has led to his clients evolving into better, stronger, more confident version of themselves.

Turning Point

I vividly remember what it was like for me starting off in the gym not knowing how to work out properly. Knowing that feeling made me better in my approach to creatively breakdown workouts in a way for people to understand and execute.

Motivation & Passion

I originally started to learn how to have better workouts and quickly grew a love for training people, especially athletes. I really enjoy watching the light bulb go off in the clients' mind as I show them little tips and tricks to make a move they probably performed many times before come alive. Clarence has always believed that his job as a trainer isn’t just to train people but to motivate and inspire them to move past their preconceived limitations which in results allows them to tap into their full potential.
